Welcome to Premier Speciosa. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. To ensure timely processing and delivery, all orders must be placed before 1 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
3. Eligible orders must select the UPS Air Saver Shipping option at checkout for delivery within 72 business hours.
4. For the purposes of this policy, our business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note that weekends are not considered business days.
5. If UPS attempts to deliver the package, but it is deemed undeliverable for any reason, this will void the delivery guarantee associated with your shipment.
6. If your package is delayed due to a natural disaster, storm, or any weather-related issue, this will void the delivery guarantee associated with your shipment.
7. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing details about your order, including items purchased and total cost. It is your responsibility to review this information for accuracy.
8. Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before you submit the order. Cancellations requested after the order has already been shipped will not be honored.
9. For larger orders, credit card authorization may be required. The 72 hour delivery guarantee will not start until the authorization form is completed. If the form is completed after 1PM PST the order will ship the next business day.
10. For eligible orders, the customer MUST contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery to request a refund. After 48 hours have passed, the delivery guarantee is void. Please email us at: support@premierspeciosa.com
11. For eligible orders, refunds will be processed to the customers original form of payment.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website unless otherwise stated.
