SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping ONLY

USPS Priority Mail

UPS Next Day Air 

2. PROCESSING TIME

We offer same day shipping on orders placed by 1PM Pacific Standard Time Monday-Friday.

All orders placed after 1PM will be shipped out the next business day (Monday-Friday).   

We do not ship on Federal Holidays.

72 HOUR DELIVERY OR IT’S FREE*

To ensure timely processing and delivery, all eligible orders must be placed before 1 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

All eligible orders of $125 or more must select the UPS Air Saver Shipping option at checkout for delivery within 72 business hours. 

For the purposes of this policy, our business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note that weekends are not considered business days.

3. CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about cancelling an order, please contact us.

4. RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. Please see our return policy

5. DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers can cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. Please contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status for delayed orders.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

Premier Speciosa is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, contact us so we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We are unable to ship Kratom products to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin and in these counties – Sarasota County (Florida), San Diego (California), Union County (Mississippi), and in the following towns and cities – Alton, Edwardsville County & Jerseyville (Illinois), Oceanside (California), Ontario (Oregon), Franklin City (New Hampshire), and Denver, Parker and Monument (Colorado). 

We DO NOT ship outside of the United States.

We do not ship to the following areas where kratom is banned: ALABAMA, ARKANSAS, INDIANA, RHODE ISLAND, VERMONT, WISCONSIN. SARASOTA COUNTY, UNION COUNTY, MALHEUR COUNTY, SAN DIEGO CA, CITY OF OCEANSIDE,CA, JERSEYVILLE IL, ALTON IL, AND COLUMBUS MS.
