RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For online items, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Support@PremierSpeciosa.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item’s order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange.

We retain the authority to reject return requests from individuals whom we suspect are exploiting the customer guarantee by seeking an excessive number of refunds. In cases where a customer declines a delivery without a legitimate reason or contrary to the terms agreed upon between the customer and us, the customer will be liable for either a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price or the shipping cost, whichever amount is higher, for the refused deliveries.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping costs and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The responsibility for the return label lies with the customer, except in cases where the error originates from our side (such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item).

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

The product must contain a minimum of 75% of the original contents, ensuring it is in its original packaging.

Refunds will be processed upon the product’s arrival at our warehouse, typically taking 5 to 10 business days to reflect in the original account used for the purchase.

In the case of product exchanges, we will send the replacement item as soon as the returned product is received at the warehouse. At management’s discretion, we reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.

Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

    This return policy pertains to 7ALKS products:

    To be eligible for a return, please confirm that at least 70% of the bottle remains, which equates to a minimum of 7 tablets in a 10-count bottle.

    In the case of multiple bottles of 7ALKS ordered, only one bottle may be opened, provided that it contains at least 70% of the tablets. All other bottles must remain unopened.

    If you have ordered several bottles and the first opened bottle does not contain at least 70% of the tablets, we can only accept returns for the unopened bottles.

    The opened bottle, which must have at least 70% of the tablets remaining, should be in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

    We will check in your return within 5 business days of the confirmed delivery. Following receipt, an additional 2 to 3 business days will be required to process the return. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued using the same payment method you used. Please note that your bank may take an additional 7-10 business days to process our refund request. You will receive an email notification once we have received your return and completed the refund process.
